The dealership was great, but ONLY the dealership. I am extremely disappointed in the way GM handled, or should I say DIDN'T handle my problem. I have a platinum warranty on a 2023 Chevy Colorado and I bought it 3 weeks ago. I had it in my possession for two days before I had to put it in the shop, where I had to rent a car out of my own pocket, which set me back over $300. Finally, the dealership put me in a beautiful GMC Sierra while waiting to hear from GM on what they were going to do about my truck. Then, they wanted $850 before they would even hook it up to the wiring harness or something. Needless to say, I refused. I went and picked my truck up and brought it somewhere else where they honored my warranty and put me in a rental immediately, paid for through my warranty, and they will fix whatever is wrong with it and have promised that it will not cost me a dime! Never again will I purchase a GM vehicle. But like I said, the people at Hood Automotive couldn't have been nicer to me personally. I don't think they understood what the problem was with GM honoring my warranty and taking care of me and my purchase.

Wasn't notified prior to work being done that,my bill would be higher. Check safety restraint system light was on and was told no problem they fixing it while doing oil change. Told you ready to go and went to check out and my bill was $200.00 more than usual. Had to get service guy to come back over and explain, did take $100.00 off cause I have extended warranty coverage but, should tell customer upfront of cost before doing job I think.

No sales tactics, no delays, we worked out the details over the phone in a few minutes time and they were ready for me when I arrive to pick up the vehicle. I was in & out in 30 minutes! Definitely will call them again for my next vehicle.

Great service, friendly staff, and prompt service!

Justin was very helpful and knew a lot about all the computer stuff on the screen. If we had a question that he didn't know then he would go ask someone. The Gentleman that was handling the finance part was also very helpful. We came on the day that their owner had passed away. Even with all of that going on our experience was great.
